TITLE:
Groups with Finite Conjugacy Classes and their Generalizations
Abstract
The class FC of groups with finite conjugacy classes has been very well
studied. After a review of the properties of FC-groups, we will discuss
the wider class of FC*-groups, which has been introduced recently. Among
questions to be considered are Sylow structure and profinite closure of
subgroups.
