In an ncd system, in addition to the regular annual premium, P, there is a reduced one P-D. The reduced premium is obtained if no claims have been filed during the last k years. Given P and D, the policy for an insured consists of submitting claims only if the damage amount exceeds a control limit . This control limit depends on the number of years with no claims. The talk will focus on finding the premium P, the discount D, and the control limits that will prevail in the market.
