Real Flows On Signed Graphs

Abstract for the Combinatorics Seminar
2010 March 2

In this talk I will define a real flow on a signed graph, as well as the real flow number of a graph, and explain how it relates to the nowhere-zero (integral) flow number. I will then present some results that relate edge connectivity of the underlying graph to the real flow number. This is from a paper on real flows.
